Returns and refunds policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are sure you will be happy with your order. If you are not for any reason, we offer a full refund, exchange or replacement if the order is returned to us within 28 days. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. 

Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, unused and in original packaging. In the unlikely event that your piece is faulty, The Glass Studio will arrange shipping or offer a replacement. You will be responsible for covering the costs of returns that are not related to faults. The studio reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable.

ERRORS OR ORDER CHANGES

If any errors have occurred at the time of ordering please contact info@theglass.studio or 020 3576 1563. Please note that bespoke orders cannot be altered.
